Holiday Apartments

We offer 4 well equiped 1 bedroom apartments on the 4^th floor of a new luxurious building (2004). The complex is surrounded by tropical gardens overlooking the sea, enjoying the sun all day. Two large swimming pool, a children pool, a bar / restaurant (open in season). Parking spaces are available in the parking area. 24 hours security.
 
The apartments are spacious, sleep 2/4 and are tastely furnished to a high standard, with marble floor. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fan extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
 
Large bedroom with 2 double beds, luxury en suite bathroom. Spacious living and dining area with TV (sky TV and satelite TV), DVD player, CD player, radio and music system. Double sofa bed (135 cm). Internet Wifi.
 
The terrace is perfect to enjoy a meal while you will be admiring the view or just to sit around and relax! Towels and linen are included and the accommodation is cleaned before / after each let. A safe deposit box is available. Iron / ironing board are provided.
 
Sandy beaches, amenities such as supermarket, pharmacy, banks, hairsalon, bars/restaurants, Casino, bus stop are within 5 minutes walking distance. The famous Puerto Marina is a nice stroll away along the beach and the Casino is accross the street. The stunning Torrequebrada golf course is less than 2 km away.
 
The apartments are available from 3pm on arrival and must vacate by 11am on departure day.
 
We offer a reliable transfer service which can be requested while booking the accomodation. The travellers will need to state their full names and flight details. The cost is € 32 one way (up to 4 persons), to be paid directly to the chauffeur. They will be met at the airport by the chauffeur who will hold a name board.
In case of flights delays, the transfer fare will remain the same.
